Delivery options and costs
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. I offer free delivery within mainland UK. For deliveries to other locations, please contact me at prwoodturner@gmail.com for a delivery cost quote before placing your order.
Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, I aim for your order to arrive with you within 2 working days (dependent on courier). I will always strive to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. Upon receipt of the returned product in its original, undamaged condition, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged or incorrect items
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact me immediately. Damaged items can be returned for a full refund.
